What are your shipping rates within Australia?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia‑wide. Free shipping excludes remote and regional areas of Western Australia and the Northern Territory, where additional shipping charges may apply.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
Orders are shipped via FedEx or Auspost depending on your location.
When will my order be shipped?
If your chosen item is in stock, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours. If your item is not in stock, please note the approximate restock date on the individual product page.
Outside of peak periods (Christmas, Cyber week etc) In most cases, metro deliveries will arrive within a week. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us to check that you will receive your product on time.
Will I get an email confirmation for my order?
Yes. If you have not received a confirmation email following your purchase, please contact us.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking code on dispatch. Contact us if you would like an update on your order.

What is the weight rating for your surfboard racks?
10kg max per individual prong.
Do you include hardware to attach the racks to walls & ceilings?
Yes we do include any screws or fixing's required to attach your rack to your chosen substrate.
All racks must fixed to a structural substrate, for example into a stud or masonry.

Can I store the Paddle with the rack
Yes you can. But See our Vertical Paddle Rack!
Can the racks be mounted into plasterboard?
No. They need to be mounted into a stud or brickwork/ blockwork.
Can I store longboards and shortboards together?
On the GF5P yes.
How long does assembly take?
10 - 20 minutes.
Do Freestanding racks need to be fixed to the floor?
No.
Can I store multiple boards on one level?
Yes, just keep within the weight limits. 10kg per level.
Will the SUP racks fit inflatable SUPs?
Yes, they will fit.
Can I store my SUP with the fin attached?
Yes! Fins on or off, your choice.
Can I install the rack outdoors?
Our Stainless Steel SUP Rack, Yes! Our Standard Racks are not suitable.
