Orders are shipped via FedEx or Sendle depending on your location.
When will my order be shipped?
If your chosen item is in stock, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours. If your item is not in stock, please note the approximate restock date on the individual product page.
Outside of peak periods (Christmas, Cyber week etc) In most cases, metro deliveries will arrive within a week. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us to check that you will receive your product on time.
Will I get an email confirmation for my order?
Yes. If you have not received a confirmation email following your purchase, please contact us.
Can I track my order?

No, unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Collection Lockers.

What is the weight rating for your surfboard racks?
10kg max per individual prong.
Do you include hardware to attach the racks to walls?
Yes we do include any screws or fixing's required to attach your rack to your chosen substrate.
All racks must fixed to a structural substrate, for example into a stud or masonry.
