Which shipping carriers do you use?
Our orders are sent using TNT or AusPost, depending on your location.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders arrive at their destination within one week. Please note that it may take longer in peak periods, like Christmas or Cyber Week.
If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us to check that you will receive your product on time.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box or Collection Locker?
No, unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Collection Lockers.
Can I change my delivery address?
